CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
of the Plumbing, Heating and Cooling
Contractors Association

1. I/we agree to build a positive reputation of
fairness in dealings with everyone an treat
customers and colleagues fairly.

2. As a member of this association I/we
agree whenever and wherever possible to
support education and training as a means
of increasing our professionalism and to
promote the progress and dignity of our
industry in creating a better image of itself
in order that the public will be better
served.

3. I/we agree to report any and all non-
licensed work to the appropriate
authorities.

4. I/we agree to promote, employ and
maintain a high standard of integrity in the
support of quality workmanship and stride
toward the protection of the general public,
where appropriate, by building, plumbing,
fire and HVAC codes.

The Code of Professional Conduct
Committee will be a permanent part of the
Association in the implementation of the code
in the Association.
